Our client a fastgrowing review platform in the iGaming niche operating with a partnerbased monetization model is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive B2B product sales and contribute to the expansion of our business.

About the Company and Project:

Our client a rapidly growing review platform in the iGaming niche with a partnerbased monetization model (B2B2C) is looking for an experienced Product Manager B2B with expertise in iGaming to take our B2B revenue stream to the next level. They have already established direct sales funnels and products that generate fivefigure monthly ad revenues delivering tangible value to both partners and users. The team thinks on a multimillion scale developing products with a strong impact on the industry. Now they are seeking a leader to strengthen the B2B direction setting up new partnerships services and funnels to ensure continued exponential growth.

About the Role:


As a Senior Product Manager you will join an autonomous business unit within the big ecosystem an international IT company with Ukrainian roots having 600 employees on board and a strong presence in Tier1 markets. This environment offers valuable knowledge exchange opportunities to achieve ambitious goals. The team currently consists of 30 inhouse professionals including: SEO specialists & linkbuilding teams Product Managers (conversion optimization user retention email marketing design) Content Managers with external writer teams Affiliate & Sales Managers Project Managers & Developers Operations Manager & CEO a network of external industry experts. The company aims to double B2B sales revenue (already generating fivefigure monthly earnings) within the next year by launching new products services and expanding into new client categories.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Expanding the business by cocreating new products & collaborations that add value for partners users and drive revenue growth
  • Identifying and entering new client segments & budget categories they have a vision and they expect you to lead the way in execution
  • Negotiating with partners handling email communication online/offline meetings and attending international conferences.
  • Optimizing existing sales funnels & products for enhanced performance.

The company expect from you:

  • Proven experience launching B2B products & services with highvalue deals (new market entry experience is a plus)
  • iGaming industry experience is almost a must domain knowledge is crucial for building successful products (however if you demonstrate rapid industry onboarding capabilities were open to discussions)
  • Analytical mindset ability to dive deep into details build financial models and validate hypotheses with data
  • Strong negotiation skills & winwin partnership approach speed and proactiveness are key
  • Entrepreneurial mindset constantly asking What else can we do to generate revenue. Experience in scaling businesses to operational profitability is a strong plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highperformance environment pushing limits and achieving aboveandbeyond results with tangible impact
  • Business education focused on leadership (PreMBA MBA or strategic management is a plus)
  • English proficiency: B2 or higher (strong spoken and written skills)
