About the client:
Our client is a leading global life insurance company who seek a thoughtful and creative strategic person to become their Technology Strategy Manager.
Working with the Strategy team for the Technology team you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their technology landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning and execution with exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
This role requires the ability to deliver highquality presentations reports and memos to senior management and the board of directors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and define a futureproof technology strategy aligned with companys overall business objectives and transformation goals.
- Regularly review and update the technology strategy adapting to evolving market trends regulatory changes and business needs.
- Benchmark companys technology vs. peers and industry leaders and make recommendations on areas of improvements
- Map the technology roadmap to our ongoing transformation program ensuring technology initiatives and investments directly support program objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Explore and understand innovative new technologies that may become relevant for the technology team.
- Prepare and deliver clear and persuasive presentations for senior management and the board of directors.
- Create detailed reports and memos providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Utilize advanced communication tools to streamline processes and enhance collaboration.
- Maintain a strong focus on details to ensure accuracy and consistency in all strategic documents.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration Technology Management or a related field with 5 years of experience in strategy for a global organization.
- Selfmotivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fastpaced changing environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex business challenges into effective technology solutions.
- Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation skills able to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills fostering collaboration and trust across the organization.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with a focus on detail and precision.
