Lawson Enterprises is working with a client in the power generation and temperature control solutions industry to hire a Business Development Manager for their Data Center Sector East Coast division. This company is a global leader in providing temporary power HVAC and energy solutions to businesses and industries that require reliable scalable power solutions.
This newly created position will play a crucial role in helping data centers and other industrial clients access the electricity heating and cooling they need to operate efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a B2B sales professional with experience in construction data center builds and solutionbased sales.
This is a hybrid role that requires candidates to service a general area with up to 60% travel.
710 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
Experience in full sales cycle management including lead generation closing and account growth.
Strong knowledge of construction and data center builds.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage Clevel executives and key stakeholders.
Proven ability to develop new accounts and solutionbased selling in a structured corporate environment.
Experience in Building and Construction Services.
Knowledge of Power and Rental Generation Solutions.
Experience managing large sales quotas and consistently exceeding targets.
Expertise in valuebased solution selling rather than transactional sales.
