Job Description
- Process and product confirmation (4 eyes) in case of minor and major change.
- Clearly define the suspect quantity period and findings. Identify clearly where the problem occurs by specifying the station position type and....... in case of defects and preinvestigate the quality risk.
- Monitor normal SPC trends and alert the team according to the quality list.
- Coordinate to get the SEM/EDX or FTIR on time.
- Distribute the quality alert Qup points and provide training to associates.
- Support quality data for team investigation such as measurement data.
- Fill in data into the IPN file wall.
- Ensure 5S and cleanliness standards in the shopfloor.
Qualifications :
Educational Background:
- Higher vocational education or bachelors degree
Qualifications:
- English intermediate level (able to communicate effectively)
- At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Technical / methodological competence
