Your role as an HR intern
Youllwork with ourHead of People & Cultureto help build and refine the policies materials and processes that support our growing team. This is a handson opportunity tomake a real impact while learning the ins and outs of HR in a fastmoving creative industry.
What youll be doing:
- Create our staff handbook Develop clear easytofollow guides on our values policies and workplace standards.
- Support our work environment initiativesHelp keepour systematic work environment (SAM) and organizational/social work environment (OSA) initiatives up to date.
- Refine HR processes Identify and improve key HR workflows to keep them fresh relevant and aligned with industry best practices.
- Collaborate & learn Work closely with our Head of People & Culture on larger projects gaining valuable realworld HR experience.
You may also get the opportunity to assist with other HRrelated tasks as they arise depending on your interests and company needs. This is a great chance to explore different aspects of HR in a dynamic and growing gaming studio!
