Job Description
- Prepare and assist with negotiations for all insurancerelated issues including business and HR related insurances
- Development as an expert for selected insurance programs of the Tessenderlo group as well as coordinating internal & external contract management for insurance
- Continuous further development of insurance policies and coverage concepts as well as the management of obligations
- Analysis of statistics on claims assisting with the management of the claims database and managing major claims together with brokers network
- Taking on projects or project tasks to improve processes and further develop the area
- Work closely together with the internal legal teams business and the Tessenderlo Group risk manager to improve risk management effectiveness and risk awareness within Tessenderlo group
- Report to the VP Tax & Legal Group.
Qualifications :
- Relevant professional experience in the insurance sector or related areas (e.g. insurance/contract/claims management) ideally in an international and industrial context
- Good knowledge of insurance law or commercial law
- Business fluent in Dutch French and English
- Independent working style paired with a strong team orientation
- Enjoy negotiating and negociation skills
