MY CLIENT: A highgrowth VCbacked SaaS data analytics company is looking for an OTC Director. Headquartered in Spain the company specializes in AIdriven insights for financial institutions. Backed by $30M in funding from toptier investors it has been expanding rapidly offering a fastpaced innovative environment where you can make a real impact.

Tasks
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to create and shape the OTC function from the ground up in a company that is scaling and professionalizing its operations. You will be responsible for:
Defining the OTC strategy and ensuring its alignment with the companys growth plans.
Building processes policies and documentation to structure the function effectively.
Getting handson in implementation setting up workflows and optimizing cash collection.
Leading process creation and automation of Billing and Collection tools including: SAP Subscription Management System Salesforce Cloud Marketplaces Inhouse dev tools
Collaborating crossfunctionally with GTM Operations Product Management & Engineering and IT to enhance the customer experience and streamline OrdertoCash processes.
Partnering with the CFO to drive financial efficiency and reporting.
Growing and leading a team as the function scales.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in billing within a highgrowth SaaS or Software environment.
- Proficiency in: Salesforce Subscription Management Systems SAP (or similar systems)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Spanish proficiency is desirable.
