The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare account management strong leadership skills and the ability to drive performance and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team to achieve operational goals and KPIs.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to healthcare compliance and service quality standards.
- Provide coaching training and performance evaluations to improve team productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance processes and address operational challenges.
- Handle escalations and resolve issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Generate reports on team performance quality metrics and workflow improvements.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- 23 years of experience as a Team Leader or Assistant Manager in a healthcare account (Required).
- Strong leadership coaching and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work in a shifting or graveyard schedule.
- Must be a college graduate.
