- Growing business of a branded consumer painting service through an offroll team.
- Includes ensuring customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service delivery and adequate supervision of sites; improving
- speed of response to customers quality of sales pitch higher lead conversion and upgrading products used at sites.
- Growing secondary sales in the territory through activities targeting Painters & Contractors.
- Supporting marketing activities in the territory by promoting focus products among influencers.
- Driving participation of influencer in training initiatives of the company at training academies.
- Coaching training and monitoring the team to improve performance & maintain operational discipline.
