Experience 10 to 12 years of experience in Housing Finance company must Strong exposure to affordable housing finance mortgage lending and secured loan products Proven experience in credit risk assessment underwriting and portfolio management Age group : 32 to 40 Functional competencies Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities. Knowledge of affordable housing finance products and services. Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
