Location: Hybrid mode -Bangalore Pune Coimbatore Chennai
Position Type: Fulltime Permanent role
Budget: 26- 30 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Year of Experience: 10-15 Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Developer Lead to oversee the development and implementation of a cloud-native multi-tenant enterprise solution using .NET Core and related technologies. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership ensure the quality of the codebase and drive the successful delivery of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Architect develop and enhance enterprise-level applications using .NET Core 8.0 MVC/Blazor/Razor and Telerik Controls.
- Lead REST API development with a focus on security scalability and performance.
- Exposure to JavaScript.
- Design and optimize database solutions using SQL Server.
- Implement and enforce API security best practices including authentication authorization and data protection.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full application stack.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure responsive accessible and user-friendly designs.
- Guide the integration design for seamless communication between microservices APIs and third-party systems.
- Lead code reviews and mentor developers to maintain high code quality and best practices.
- Drive cloud-native development strategies including containerization and deployment automation.
- Ensure best practices in API consumption and front-end integration.
Critical Skills to Possess:
- 8 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Cloud-native development (AWS/Azure) experience
- .NET Core 8.0 development
- MVC/Blazor/Razor framework experience
- JavaScript
- Telerik Controls implementation
- REST API development and security
- SQL Server proficiency
- Troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Integration design and API consumption best practices
Good-to-Have Skills:
- UI/UX best practices
- Responsive design expertise
- T-SQL experience
