Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Data Governance & Quality:
- Establish and enforce data governance standards policies and best practices.
- Maintain data accuracy completeness and consistency across systems.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.

Data Management & Maintenance:
- Monitor and update key datasets to ensure compliance with business requirements.
- Support data standardization classification and metadata management.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to maintain data integrity.

Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with IT business analysts and data scientists to improve data quality.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to align data management strategies.
- Provide training and support to teams on data governance policies.

Compliance & Security:
- Ensure data privacy and security measures align with regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR CCPA).
- Monitor and audit data handling processes to mitigate risks.
