Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer with 8 years of experience in Manual Testing specifically with Loan Origination System (LOS) journey. This role requires someone who is immediately available to join and contribute to our QA team from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed manual testing across multiple platforms and environments to ensure the quality and reliability of the application.
Develop execute and maintain comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts based on functional requirements.
Identify log and track defects through to resolution.
Collaborate with the development and business teams to understand the project requirements and ensure highquality deliverables.
Execute regression functional and integration testing to verify the endtoend functionality of personal loan processes within Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
Actively participate in agile/scrum ceremonies providing detailed feedback on testing progress and defect resolution.
Ensure adherence to the best testing practices standards and processes.
Ability to manage multiple testing projects simultaneously.
Key Requirements:
8 years of experience in Manual Testing.
At least 23 years of experience in Loan Origination System (LOS) journey.
Experience of working as a tester or in a similar position.
Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance methodologies including Regression Sanity Smoke testing.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and practices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with crossfunctional teams.
Ability to think critically analyze problems and quickly devise solutions.
Ability to manage projects independently and take full ownership of the testing process.
Immediate availability to join is a must.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
Experience with test management tools like JIRA TestRail or similar.
Basic knowledge of automation tools would be an advantage.
