1. Apply engineering principles to plan and deliver complex projects. Develops innovative

3. Lead engineering CAD modeling and support staff. Develop and deliver training and
guidance in best practices.

4. Lead design review processes to protect the Southco brand and ensure optimal product
quality and cost. Drive cross organization root cause improvements where opportunities are
identified in these reviews.
