We are looking for a compassionate and skilled PartTime Nurse (RN/LPN) to join our team. If you are patientfocused salesoriented and thrive in a dynamic collaborative environment this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What Youll Do
- Conduct patient consultations for medically supervised weight loss and hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
- Administer weight loss injections (GLP1s) and IV therapy treatments.
- Perform patient assessments and assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
- Assist with regenerative medicine procedures including PRP therapy exosome treatments and orthopedic injections.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and help implement any necessary statemandated training.
- Educate patients on treatment protocols and provide ongoing support to maximize results.
- Collaborate with medical staff to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Work independently while collaborating with the clinic team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Guide patients toward appropriate treatment packages and services using a salesoriented approach to support their longterm wellness goals.
What Were Looking For
- Active Arizona State Nursing License (RN or LPN)
- IV Therapy certification or training (preferred)
- Experience in a med spa weight loss or wellness clinic (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of IV therapy HRT and regenerative medicine
- Ability to educate engage and guide patients through their wellness journey
- Patientfocused with excellent communication and bedside manner
- Salesoriented mindset to help patients commit to longterm wellness plans
- Outgoing personality and a team player
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining alignment with clinic protocols
- Passion for ongoing professional development and career growth
