With a growing footprint in Nigeria and beyond the company is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive brand positioning customer engagement and overall market growth.
JOB SUMMARY
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement brand marketing strategies that align with the company s growth objectives.
Lead campaign development from ideation to execution across digital traditional and experiential marketing channels.
Oversee social media strategy influencer collaborations and content marketing to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Drive customer acquisition and retention programs including loyalty initiatives CRM and promotional campaigns.
Manage the marketing budget ensuring costeffective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends insights and opportunities.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (sales operations and product teams) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Monitor brand performance metrics analyzing campaign effectiveness and optimizing strategies accordingly.
Supervise creative development ensuring all brand communication is consistent and impactful across all touchpoints.
WHAT TO HAVE
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
5 years of experience in marketing branding or communications preferably within retail or fashion.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand and marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing social media and ecommerce strategies.
Exceptional communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Datadriven mindset with experience using analytics tools to measure marketing performance.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment while ensuring brand consistency.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Google Analytics CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
