The Supply Chain team are responsible to bringing billions of lifesaving medical devices and diagnostics tests hightech instruments and equipment to customers and patients all over the world. Our aim is deliver these products at an affordable cost and of the highest quality.
About The Role
As a member of the Worldwide Master Data Team you will oversee the organization and harmonization of local eDHR Master Data. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the consistency and integrity of Master Data in alignment with Product and Process specifications.
Reporting directly to the Worldwide Enterprise Data Manager you will take a proactive role in owning the harmonization maintenance and support of eDHR Master Data. Additionally you will serve as the main point of contact for datarelated matters across various departments within our Pharm System Unit and globally including Marketing Worldwide Quality Engineering R&D Supply Chain Worldwide Operations Customer Service Regulatory and more.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Process Management: Create update and document processes to maintain Master Data ensuring compliance across all manufacturing plants.
- RACI Mapping: Develop and maintain the Master Data RACI (Responsible Accountable Consulted Informed) matrix.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate reporting structures to compare plant usage functionalities and ensure data consistency.
- Project Leadership: Lead Master Data projects and provide expertise for any projects requiring Master Data support.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure data accuracy and integrity from the beginning.
- Superuser Role: Act as a superuser maintaining your network and providing training to users.
- Training: Train plant Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on Master Data processes and best practices.
- Alert Management: Manage alerts related to Master Data accuracy and take corrective actions as needed.
- Project Participation: Actively participate in projects with TGS (Technology and Global Services ) Process Integrators and Data Analytics teams contributing as both a doer and an expert.
- Software Updates: Participate in software update activities including minor releases to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
About You
- Confirmed experience in master data management and eDHR systems.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience (M2) in Data Sciences or Information Systems.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems and familiarity with MES (e.g. APRISO) is a plus. Solid understanding of Microsoft Office tools.
- Organized openminded and customer focused. Capable of handling priorities and working independently in a dynamic multicultural environment.
- Proficient in English.
