Job Type: Fulltime (Onsite)
Eligibility: Only candidates currently residing in Malta with valid work authorization will be considered.
About the Role
Are you an Italian speaker with a passion for customer service and hospitality We are looking for a Reservations Agent to join our team in Mosta Malta. In this role you will be responsible for handling bookings assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring a seamless reservation process.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming reservations via phone email and online platforms.
Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with booking modifications.
Maintain accurate records of all reservations and customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking processes.
Handle customer queries concerns and special requests professionally.
Requirements
Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) and proficient in English.
Previous experience in reservations hospitality or customer service is a plus.
Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in reservation systems or willingness to learn.
Must reside in Malta with valid work authorization.
