Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled software testing expert with expertise in architecting and building scalable reliable and welldesigned test frameworks to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in our Bengaluru office and follow a hybrid working model which is currently being followed by the team. The testing expert will be responsible for working with crossfunctional teams to design implement and maintain testing solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.
Qualifications

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or a comparable field.

More than 4 years of experience working in the field of software testing.

Interest in developing and applying a test framework for Big Data and analytical / AI solutions.

Uptodate knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.

Knowledge of testing suites and libraries as pytest.

Programming skills and experience in Python and in Frontend JavaScript libraries or frameworks like React beneficial.

Knowledge of cloud concepts especially AWS advantageous.

Experience with DevOps tools and methods (e.g. GitLab CICD Terraform Container services)

Analytical skills team spirit holistic thinking and independent work (especially selflearning) required.

Customerorientation and qualityconsciousness

Good English skills required due to standard communication language in the team.

Experience in test automation with Leapwork or similar nocode test automation tools beneficial.
Job Description:

Working in a highly innovative test automation team dedicated to implementing next generation IT testing and quality assurance supporting the innovation and digitalization of the company.

Supporting and improving the software development process in Big Data AI and business automation by reviewing optimizing and operating the test framework

Development execution and automation of test strategies and test plans for backend and frontend applications

Collaboration with an international team of crossfunctional developers and business users

Provide consulting and support for the implementation of the test strategies and plans.
