- Must be comfortable leading.
- Expectation to perform manual and automation work.
- Communication skills a must.
- Preferred candidates must have hands on automation experience with Selenium and API.
Preferred Other preferred skills of the role:
- Strong experience developing and implementing test plans & test cases.
- Strong experience performing manual testing
- Strong experience implementing QA process and methodologies
- Retail or Online Store background Good team and people skills
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Able to host status meeting and ad hoc working sessions
- Able to work independently under pressure and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Able to work with crossfunctional teams to build and deliver a project.
- Able to collaborate with business partners developers and various support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues.
- Able to coordinate end to end validation with various backend systems and vendors
