Job Description
A Java Business Process Model (jBPM) Developer in Irving TX is responsible for designing developing and implementing business process management solutions using the jBPM framework. jBPM is an opensource workflow engine written in Java that executes business processes described in BPMN 2.0.
Key Responsibilities:

Process Design and Implementation: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to design and implement business processes using jBPM.

Integration: Integrate jBPM workflows with existing enterprise applications and services.

Customization: Develop custom nodes event listeners and handlers to extend jBPM functionalities as per business requirements.

Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure the reliability and performance of business processes.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of process designs configurations and user guides.

Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed processes including troubleshooting and optimization.
Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Java programming.
- Handson experience with jBPM and BPMN 2.0.
- Familiarity with related technologies such as Drools for business rules management.
- Experience with Java frameworks and tools like Spring Hibernate and Maven.
