Position: .NET Developer
Location: Hayward/San Diego CA(Hybrid 3 Days in a Week)
Contract: 12 Years
Looking for a Senior Software Developer to design and build .NET applications for Instrument Software team. This handson role blends development problemsolving and collaboration to power the next generation of flagship sequencing platforms.
Key Skills & Experience:
.NET Development (C# & .NET 8) on Linux
HardwareIntegrated Software Development:
Motion control (multiaxis precision systems)
Fluidics systems (pumps valves sensors)
Imaging systems (cameras optical components)
Advanced Analysis & Algorithms:
Image processing (OpenCV)
Data processing & Pythonbased algorithm development
Software Development Best Practices:
CI/CD Git JIRA and application lifecycle management
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Dependency Injection (Autofac)
Web API development (ASP.NET Core OpenAPI 3.0)
Frontend development (Angular)
