Requirements
We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in the insurance domain to support the onboarding of premium bordereaux data from multiple brokers into a centralized data lake. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis and business analysis skills with the ability to map data fields from CSV/XLS bordereaux files to a common data model with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and map premium bordereaux data from 30 brokers into a common data model.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of data into downstream systems.
- Perform data profiling validation and transformation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Utilize Excel macros formulas and lookups for data analysis and validation.
- Independently drive the onboarding of additional bordereaux files while maintaining alignment with core product development.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Insurance domain expertise particularly in bordereaux processing and data structures.
- Strong data analysis and business analysis skills with experience in data mapping rules and profiling.
- Proficiency in Excel including macros formulas and lookups for data validation.
- Ability to work independently take initiative and solve problems with minimal direction.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with data lakes and integrating structured data into common models.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data transformation methodologies.
- Prior experience working in a fastpaced insurance or financial services environment.
