Reporting to the Project Manager of Facilities & Security the Associate Project Manager (APM) will be critical to the success of the growing and dynamic team at Vuori. The APM will support the maintenance improvement renovations remodels and expansion of retail locations ensuring all projects are completed efficiently on time and within budget. This role will also support additional Facilities & Security projects as needed.
What youll get to do:
- Assist in the planning execution and monitoring of Retail store openings renovations and remodels.
- Monitor project progress and identify timeline risks and opportunities.
- Help manage project budgets track expenses and ensure costs are aligned with forecasts.
- Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders preparing and maintaining project documentation including timelines work orders and meeting notes.
- Collaborate and build relationships with crossfunctional teams including Facilities/Security Retail Operations Construction/Development Technology and external vendors to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Support Project Manager in developing project scope timelines resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies.
- Assist in procurement and contract negotiations for facilities maintenance security systems and related services.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local state and federal regulations including building codes zoning laws and safety regulations.
- Source and evaluate external contractors and vendors for retail projects ensuring adherence to project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants external vendors and internal resources to ensure compliance with design safety requirements and quality standards.
- Help manage project budgets track expenses and ensure costs are aligned with forecasts.
Qualifications :
Who you are:
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- 3 years of experience in facilities management security or project management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively across several cross functional teams.
- Indepth knowledge of local building codes zoning laws and safety regulations.
- Experience in managing projects for a national or multilocation retailer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g. MS Project Smartsheet AutoCAD or other similar software).
- Project Management certification (PMP CAPM or similar) is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $75000 per year $90000 per year.
