What we are looking for
We are searching for a senior UX designer that will work for our client based in Gothenburg.This position will be part of a team which empowers users through an online experience that drives informed purchasing decisions by seamlessly connecting educational content with inspiration.
What you will do
As a Senior UX Designer within the team youll develop a deep understanding of the customers needs and pain points serving as an expert for your product team. Youll use these insights to create elegant solutions that address customer needs. Your primary responsibility will be delivering endtoend user experience design artifacts from usability testing and user flows to stories wireframes and prototypes that balance design aesthetics with intuitive functionality throughout the discovery and delivery process.
You will work closely with userresearchers fellow designers developers and other experts to test critical assumptions gathering valuable data and create delightful experiences for existing and becoming customers. As a UX designer you will also be an internal thoughtleader on user experience best practices and trends.
Who you are
- Youve been designing for 6 years for a consumerfocused tech company so you understand what it takes to create elegant consumeroriented experiences.
- You are a versatile designer who uses a full range of skills product design interaction design and visual design to ensure you deliver magical experiences to the customer.
- Youre a strong communicator. Who can inspire teams towards action and empathy for the user.
- You are a strong collaborator who can work with not only design patterns but many other stakeholders from marketing to engineering.
- You have a peoplefocused design mentality. Constantly looking to hone your design instinct through user feedback. Whether thats handson user research or a quantitative A/B test.
- You are fluent in English
