Role: Pega Developer with RPA
Location: Seattle WA

Job Description:
- Partner with Clients Site Reliability Engineers & deliver automation monitoring/alerting optimization stability improvements incident restoration and perform regular application maintenance/health checks.
- Work with loadbalanced high traffic services optimize code and automate routine tasks.
- Identify & document the root cause of issues and backtrack to the source of issues for resolution.
- Participate in agile practices such as standups demonstrations grooming and solutioning sessions.
Essential Skills:
- Strong handson experience in Pega RPA including the development and deployment of bots.
- Experience in automating business processes designing workflows and integrating Pega RPA with thirdparty systems.
- Proven ability to optimize and debug automation processes for performance and scalability.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with crossfunctional teams and clients.
- Solid understanding of RPA best practices and methodology.
Desirable Skills:
- Pega Robotics Certification or similar RPA certifications.
- Experience with other RPA tools like UiPath Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies DevOps practices and cloud platforms.
