Job Title: Sr. ETL Developer with SSIS and SQL Development
Work Location: Richmond VA 23219
Duration: 12 months
Type: Hybrid
Visa: Candidate must be eligible to work on W2 or C2C

Required Skills:
- ETL Developer with 7 years of strong ETL SQL development database programming and analytical skills
- Strong experience with SQL Server Integration Services SSIS
- Experience writing technical documentation (requirements process maps etc.)
- Experience in writing technical documentation (requirements process maps etc.)
- Experience with data governance best practices/procedures
- Investment/financial market industry experience
- Excellent communicator and be able to produce clear and concise documentation
- Demonstrated experience working in a team environment
- Demonstrated experience working independently with only high level guidance
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with overall ETL Support (development production support documentation) and other development efforts as needed.
- ETL Production Support Monitor and maintain existing ETL processes.
- Code Data Movement Provide support in the design development and implementation of ETL packages with SSIS.
- Development SQL Development support to include creation of stored procedures views etc.
- Performance Tuning Review existing SQL Queries Execution Plans Partitions and Index(s) to determine performance enhancements for long running queries.
- Data Manipulation Provide alternative options to existing data manipulation techniques. Examples would be converting Excel manipulation activities into SSIS packages that reduce process/cycle time of data preparation.
