Job Description
Job Title: Medicaid Business Analyst
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Medicaid data and identify trends to support business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state Medicaid regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain reports on Medicaid program performance and outcomes.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of Medicaid initiatives.
- Provide expertise in Medicaid policy claims processing and eligibility determination.
- Assist with system testing enhancements and troubleshooting for Medicaidrelated platforms.
- Provide support during audits and assist with the preparation of documentation.
- Develop presentations and reports for senior management to drive datainformed decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Experience in Medicaid program analysis or related healthcare roles.
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools (e.g. Excel Tableau Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to drive results.
- Experience with Medicaid management systems and claims processing is a plus.
- Knowledge of Medicaid Eligibility and Enrollment systems.
- Project management experience.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
