Job Title: UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Design wireframes prototypes and highfidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Create visually compelling graphics and design elements using Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
• Conduct user research usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
• Ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across all digital platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends tools and technologies.
• Translate complex ideas into simple elegant and userfriendly designs.
Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Figma is a must.
• Handson experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of usercentred design principles and best practices.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in creating responsive designs for web and mobile applications.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Familiarity with motion graphics or prototyping tools (like After Effects or InVision) is an advantage.
