Job Summary:
Lead the development and implementation of highquality software solutions using Node.js primarily with decent experience in React Js PostgreSQL and AWS.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers ensuring best practices are followed.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design develop and deliver scalable and reliable applications.
Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting regular code reviews and implementing automated testing.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects including technical specifications and user guides.
Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our development processes.
Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment promoting knowledge sharing and innovation.
