Job Description:
As a Clinical Trial Assistant you will be responsible for:

Supporting the Clinical Operations team with startup maintenance and closeout of clinical studies including communication with investigative sites
-
Coordinating clinical study payments in conjunction with Finance and the study team
-
Assisting the Clinical Operations team with creating and maintaining clinical documentation and systems including Trial Master File and contracts archive in accordance with Good Documentation Practices
-
Providing general administrative support to the Clinical Operations team to achieve company department and project goals including but not limited to:
-
Scheduling appointments and maintaining department calendars

Coordinating Clinical Operations meetings and events
-
Preparing and distributing department communications
-

You have an interest in clinical research and would like to develop a strong working knowledge of GCP ICH guidelines and FDA regulations

You effectively build professional relationships have Communications experience and/or Communications education and are interested in further developing these skills

You have excellent computer skills including strong knowledge of MS Office (Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook Project and Visio)

Required skills to have for the success of this role

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required; will consider students projected to graduate with Bachelors degree within 3 months of hiring

Wellorganized and detailoriented with strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a selfdriven capacity with a sense of urgency and limited need for oversight

Ability to travel up to 10% if needed
