• College degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
  

• 3 5 years of experience in production management starting at least from a Shift Leader position.
  

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role preferably in a manufacturing company.
  

• Solid understanding of industrial machinery and production equipment.
  

• Strong knowledge of production workflows process optimization and operational frameworks.
  

• Strong communication skills.
  

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  

• Effective planning and organizational capabilities.
  

• Ability to manage change and drive continuous improvement.
