Independent Sales Agent (Remote/Hybrid Local Candidates Preferred)

About the Role

As an Independent Sales Agent youll be responsible for generating new business securing contracts and identifying upsell opportunities. Working closely with the Director of Operations youll ensure accurate project estimates and seamless deal execution. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and upsell potential.
  • Negotiate contracts that align with company profitability goals.
  • Partner with the Director of Operations to develop accurate pricing and project estimates.
  • Track and manage sales performance to ensure commission eligibility.
  • Operate as a 1099 independent contractor maintaining autonomy while meeting company sales objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven success in B2B sales business development or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation closing and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Experience in commissionbased or performancedriven sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be local to the area though the role is primarily remote/hybrid.
