Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced MidLevel Agile/Scrum Master to facilitate and lead Agile teams in the development and delivery of highquality software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies with a passion for delivering highquality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate and lead Agile teams in the development and delivery of highquality software products
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including development product management and design to identify and prioritize project requirements
Develop and maintain Agile project plans including sprint plans release plans and product backlogs
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning sprint review and sprint retrospective
Coach and mentor Agile team members in Agile principles and practices including Scrum Kanban and Lean
Identify and remove impediments to team progress and work with the team to resolve issues and improve processes
Develop and maintain metrics and reports to track team progress and performance including velocity burndown charts and sprint metrics
Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of our applications
Stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in Agile methodologies and apply this knowledge to improve our Agile processes and tools
Participate in Agile community of practice and contribute to the development of Agile best practices and standards

Requirements:
4 years of experience in Agile methodologies with a strong background in Scrum Kanban and Lean
Certification in Agile methodologies such as CSM CSPO or PSM
Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices including iterative development continuous improvement and customer collaboration
Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira Trello or Asana
Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
Certification in Agile methodologies such as CSM CSPO or PSM
Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices including iterative development continuous improvement and customer collaboration
Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira Trello or Asana
