Must Haves:
- 2 years experience with desktop imaging solutions preferably Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
- 2 years experience with mobile device management solutions preferably AirWatch/Workspace One
- 2 years experience with asset management best practices/principals
Description
Responsibilities:
- Innovation & Information Technology (I&IT) Service Operations is looking to bring aboard a Junior Systems Analyst under the End Point
- Provisioning portfolio to help with laptop desktop smartphone and tablet provisioning decommissioning and repair.
- The successful candidate will have responsibilities within our Windows 11 upgrade program which requires 600 Desktops to be replaced as well as lifecycle and breakfix replacement for desktops laptops smartphones and tablets.
- The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience with:
- hardware lifecycle and asset management
- software provisioning and deployment
- mobile device management solutions (Airwatch/Workspace One)
- technical expertise with endpoint operating systems (Windows Android iOS)
- desktop provisioning solutions (Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager).
- In addition the successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills with an ability to balance multiple priorities in a fastpaced work environment and be able to liaise with internal and external support channels within the broader I&IT organization.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Diploma in Computer Science/Related Discipline
- 2 to 5 years of Desktop Laptop Smartphone and Tablet provisioning experience.
- Microsoft A or equivalent Certifications are an asset.
