Job Description
Job Title: QA Automation Engineer
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Required Qualifications:- Web Application Testing: Experience testing complex web applications.
- SDLC Testing: Experience testing all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Automation Testing:Experience with test automation using Selenium and TestNG.
- API Testing:Experience with API testing using RESTassuredbased frameworks.
- Database/SQL: Experience in database testing and writing SQL queries.
- Java Programming:Experience in Java programming for test automation.
- Experience with test automation using opensource technologies or custom frameworks.
- Experience in API testing using both SOAP and REST protocols.
- Experience with JIRA for defect tracking and project management.
- Experience using Zephyr Scale for test case management.
- Previous experience testing educator certification systems is a plus.
- Design develop and execute comprehensive test cases for web applications and APIs across all phases of SDLC.
- Implement and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium TestNG and RESTassuredbased tools.
- Perform API testing to validate the integration and functionality of RESTful and SOAP services.
- Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate database operations.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on test coverage and quality metrics.
- Ensure highquality deliverables by adhering to best practices in testing and automation.
- Maintain test scripts and enhance automation strategies to improve test efficiency.
- Utilize JIRA and Zephyr Scale for defect tracking and test case management.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with project requirements.
