Key Responsibilities
User Experience (UX) Design
- Lead UX research including user interviews usability testing and datadriven design decisions.
- Develop wireframes prototypes and highfidelity UI designs that align with user needs and business
- objectives.
- Optimize information architecture and interaction design for seamless digital experiences.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in design.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.
- Creative Direction & Leadership
- Define and maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
- Provide creative direction for design teams ensuring cohesive visual storytelling and UX execution.
- Manage and mentor designers fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets product UI and content to align with the brands vision.
Strategy & Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers engineers and stakeholders to align design strategies with
- business goals.
- Translate complex problems into elegant userfriendly solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends design tools and emerging technologies.
- Present design concepts and strategies to executives and key stakeholders.
