Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design development and execution of architectural plans and drawings under the supervision of senior architects.

Work with AutoCAD to prepare detailed drawings blueprints and construction documents.

Collaborate with clients contractors and other project team members to ensure design specifications are met.

Prepare design concepts presentations and renderings for client approvals.

Ensure all designs comply with building codes safety regulations and company standards.

Participate in site visits surveys and project meetings to monitor progress and address designrelated issues.

Coordinate and assist with project schedules and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Maintain accurate project documentation and files.
Key Requirements:
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an architect with handson experience in residential and/or commercial projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must (knowledge of other design software is a plus).

Strong understanding of architectural principles construction methods and materials.

Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize effectively and work well under pressure.

Excellent communication teamwork and organizational skills.
-
Attention to detail and ability to produce highquality designs and drawings.
-
Knowledge of building codes zoning laws and regulations is desirable.
-
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chennai.
