Must Skills:
- Salesforce Apex Aura Lightning Web Components
- APEX SOQL experience
- Salesforce dev certification
Required Tech skills
- 15 yr experience as Salesforce developer
CGPA in resume required ( Min 70% ) - Salesforce Classic Salesforce Lightning Salesforce AppExchange and ThirdParty Integrations Sales Cloud Service Cloud Apex Aura Lightning Web Components Visualforce SOQL SOSL Version Control and Deployment
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform including but not limited to user management security settings record types page layouts workflow rules and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions in Salesforce.
- Develop and generate reports dashboards and analytics to provide insights and support datadriven decisionmaking.
- Support endusers by providing training troubleshooting issues and addressing inquiries related to Salesforce functionality and usage.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise working with Salesforce support when necessary.
- Stay updated with Salesforce updates features and best practices and make recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
- Assist in the evaluation selection and implementation of Salesforce apps and thirdparty integrations. Drive continuous improvement efforts to streamline processes and increase efficiency within the Salesforce environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
- Salesforce Administrator and Developer certification (ADM201 or equivalent) is required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities including Salesforce Lightning.
- Proficiency in creating custom reports dashboards workflows and process builder etc in Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Detailoriented with strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce classic Lightning and familiarity with Lightning Web Components.
- Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce is desirable but not required.
- Familiarity with data integration tools and methodologies within the Salesforce ecosystem
