GENERAL MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Business Development:
- Develop and implement the company s vision mission and longterm strategic goals.
- Identify and pursue business growth opportunities including client acquisition and partnerships.

- Oversee budgeting financial planning and revenue management to ensure profitability.
Client & Account Management:

- Lead the negotiation of contracts and agreements with clients vendors and partners.
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations company policies and ethical standards.
Marketing & Advertising Strategy:

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in advertising marketing or a related industry with experience in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing branding media buying and consumer engagement strategies.
- Proven experience in business development financial management and operational leadership.
