Job Title: Accounts Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented Accounts Manager to oversee financial transactions manage company accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in accounting strong knowledge of financial regulations and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage financial records accounts and ledgers in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare financial statements balance sheets and profit & loss reports regularly.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection.
- Handle bank reconciliations GST filing TDS filing and IT returns.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and tax laws.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
- Develop and maintain budgeting and financial forecasting models.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights for cost control and business growth.
- Manage payroll processing employee reimbursements and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
- Proficiency in Tally MS Excel and other accounting software.
- Strong understanding of GST TDS and other taxation processes.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in financial reporting reconciliation and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial operations.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
Preferred Criteria:
- Prior experience in handling fullcycle accounting operations.
- Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards and taxation laws.
- Ability to coordinate with external auditors and financial authorities.
