We are seeking a System Administrator to manage and optimize our consolidation and disclosure management tools Onestream and Workiva while driving digital transformation and automation initiatives across the organization. If you are skilled in financial consolidation systems scripting and data integration this is your chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibility:
- System Management Ensure the optimal functionality and performance of Onestream (consolidation tool) and Workiva (disclosure management tool)
- Data Maintenance Oversee master data maintenance and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- User Administration Manage user roles permissions and system access.
- Integration Oversight Maintain and improve Onestreams integration with SAP 4/H SAP BW and Workiva for seamless data flow.
- Process Improvement Lead projects to enhance digitalization automation and data integration within group reporting.
- Consolidation Logic Maintain and refine scripting/coding for consolidation logic.
- Training Train new users on Onestream and Workiva and maintain uptodate training materials.
- Vendor Management Act as the key contact for consultants and software vendors ensuring effective collaboration and issue resolution.
- Team Leadership Lead and develop one team member fostering a collaborative and highperforming environment.
Qualifications :
About you:
- A Masters degree in Finance Accounting IT or a related field.
- Extensive experience in complex consolidation and financial reporting
- Advanced skills in financial consolidation and familiarity with IFRS.
- Knowledge of Onestream or similar consolidation systems (advantageous).
- Experience as a system administrator or in managing financial reporting systems (preferred).
- Proficiency in scripting/coding (required).
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to lead improvement projects.
- Fluency in English.
