Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide essential support for the administration of production DB2 CICS Endevor and X/PTR systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Z/OS operating systems SQL programming and configuration management. This role requires problemsolving abilities and collaboration with application developers to enhance system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support production DB2 CICS Endevor and X/PTR systems.
- Provide configuration and release management support for Endevor software.
- Evaluate complex SQL queries for performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot and debug CICS issues in collaboration with development teams.
- Utilize tools and utilities to support DB2 effectively.
