Hireroo is seeking an Affiliate Manageron behalf of our client a fastgrowing iGaming company. This role is ideal for a strategic and datadriven professional with a passion for performance marketing and affiliate partnerships.
As an Affiliate Manager you will be responsible for acquiring managing and optimizing relationships with affiliate partners driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives and ensuring strong performance across key markets.
Location: Hybrid / Malta
Responsibilities:
As anAffiliate Manager your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Acquire and manage highvalue affiliate partnerships to drive traffic and revenue.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
- Negotiate commercial terms and develop tailored deals to enhance partner performance.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage budgets performance tracking and CRM tools to ensure seamless affiliate operations.
- Work closely with internal teams including marketing product and finance to align affiliate efforts with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing ideally within the iGaming industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Commercial mindset with a resultsdriven approach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Experience with affiliate tracking tools and data analysis platforms.
- Fluency in German and/or Dutch is a must.
