Role Overview
As a Product Manager L5 at Klarna you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies that align with Klarnas mission to solve real customer problems. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet customer needs and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy.
Understand customer needs and market trends to guide product development.
Build Measure Learn
Break down complex tasks into manageable pieces to ensure fast and frequent releases.
Utilize datadriven insights to iterate and improve product offerings.
Stakeholder Management
Foster alignment through clear and transparent communication with stakeholders.
Manage relationships with internal and external partners to ensure successful product delivery.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Work closely with designers engineers analysts and other team members to create worldclass products.
Facilitate collaboration and ensure all team members are aligned with product goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in product management preferably in a tech or fintech environment.
Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
Datadriven mindset with the ability to leverage insights for product improvement.

At Klarna our compensation package includes a base salary and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). To ensure fairness and maintain global market competitiveness each role in a specific location has a set base salary. During the recruitment process we will assess your skills and experience to determine which role is the best fit for you.
