Manage and organize the CEO s calendar scheduling appointments and preparing agendas.
Handle meeting logistics including taking minutes documenting action items and following up.
Prepare edit and review correspondence reports and presentations for the CEO.
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Conduct research summarize key insights and provide decisionsupport materials to the CEO.
Monitor and prioritize emails and communications ensuring timely responses and followups.
Manage confidential information with a high level of discretion.
Assist in managing special projects and initiatives led by the CEO.
Handle nonofficial tasks and personal errands as needed to support the CEO s efficiency
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field (or equivalent experience0.
Experience in the IT or software development industry is a plus.
Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel is an advantage.
Ability to draft business correspondence and prepare presentations.
Work Environment:
Collaborative and dynamic office setting.
Flexibility to work beyond standard hours as required to support the CEO s schedule.
Remote or hybrid work arrangements may be considered.
Schedule:
Day shift
Work schedule includes weekdays with alternate Saturdays
