We are seeking a CPF Rollout Support Analyst to support logistics operations in the Singapore market. In this role you will report to the Specialist Rider Loyalty and focus on monitoring riderrelated data while assisting with the rider CPF rollout project.
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Starting early March 2025)
Responsibilities:
- Generate and refine data queries based on riderrelated data ensuring high levels of accuracy and reliability.
- Continuously monitor rider data to identify discrepancies and proactively detect potential fraudulent activities.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to support the CPF rollout project ensuring that rider payments are processed accurately and efficiently while helping streamline operational processes.
- Analyze trends in rider CPF contributions investigate fluctuations and flag potential issues to the team.
- Provide support for other adhoc projects and tasks as required.
Qualifications :
- A background in Data Analytics Data Science or a related field is preferred; open to entrylevel candidates.
- Proficiency in using SQL to write complex queries and decent understanding of relational databases
- Experience using other programming languages such as Python (pandas NumPyMatplotlib) and BI tools such as Tableau preferred.
- Strong affinity for working with data and numbers coupled with excellent attention to detail.
- Openminded eager to learn and enthusiastic about gaining insights into the business.
- Proactive and accountable in managing responsibilities.
- Comfortable challenging the status quo and speaking up to raise concerns when necessary.
