Job Description
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with minimum 11 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- Proficiency in navigating and configuring the ServiceNow platform;
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium Cucumber ServiceNow ATF );
- Experience with performance and security testing;
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other tools and platforms;
- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD);
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards to ensure testing accuracy and efficiency;
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for ServiceNow integration;
- Understanding of ServiceNows scripting and automation capabilities including Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies;
- Understanding of test automation strategies and when to apply them;
- Ability to design develop and maintain automated test scripts for the ServiceNow platform;
- Ability to create comprehensive test plans and test cases;
- Possession of the following certificates would be considered as an asset: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Human Resources ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) Certified Selenium WebDriver Professional;
- Excellent command of the English language. French would be considered an advantage.
