Job description: Field Facing Service Professionals will handle incoming phone calls if needed escalations and resolve concerns regarding various compensation inquiries for Brokerage accounts.
Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
Functional support areas include Brokerage Financial Advisor Compensation or financial related inquiries.
Successful applicants will be highly professional career driven and committed to WorldClass Service.Ability to contribute in a fast paced teamoriented environment.
Aptitude to multitask and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service centerRemote capabilities but must be able to work in office a min of 3 days a week.
