We are looking for an IT specialist to join the team of our client supporting IT operations in the EMEA region. Key Responsibilities
- Hardware and system support diagnosing and resolving issues repairing equipment installation and configuration.
- Manage IT tickets monitor and handle ticket queues.
- User support troubleshooting issues with computers monitors peripheral devices and communication systems (including voice solutions).
- Multimedia event support setting up and managing video conferences online meetings and AV equipment.
- IT infrastructure support basic network diagnostics and collaboration with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
- Hardware lifecycle management inventory management handling equipment returns from departing employees and disposal by company policy.
- Disaster recovery testing participating in testing and providing technical support during critical system recovery.
- Identifying and implementing improvements automating processes and optimizing IT support procedures.
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in IT support (helpdesk service desk user support).
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues and know basic hardware and network diagnostics.
- Experience in managing video conferences and communication systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customeroriented approach.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in an international team.
